All sessions will be subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy once a session schedule is confirmed, regardless of time zone. Cancellations must be made by phone (call or text) or email only and will be not be deemed confirmed until I respond. Social media platform/DM cancellations will not be accepted and the client will be responsible for any applicable charges that may result.
Should a session be cancelled in less than a 24 hour period from the time of confirmed appointment, 100% of the cost of the session will be charged. The Cocoon Embrace, LLC (Nicole Bemmer) retains the rights to make exceptions for what may be deemed an emergency situation. As such, rescheduling options may be available if cancellation is within a 24 hour period at The Cocoon Embrace, LLC (Nicole Bemmer)’s sole discretion.
Additionally, The Cocoon Embrace, LLC (Nicole Bemmer) reserves the right to cancel an appointment in the event the healing practitioner is not feeling well enough to perform the service at 100%. I, Nicole Bemmer, will always do my best to give the client one (1) day notice prior to their confirmed scheduled session. Exceptions here may be made due to a personal emergency that otherwise requires same day notice; rescheduling will be honored should an emergency condition arise on the healing practitioner’s end.

Sessions will be booked once order is received; payment will be due immediately following the session. The client agrees to pay The Cocoon Embrace, LLC (Nicole Bemmer) the fees for each service provided, including any and all applicable taxes. The client agrees to pay for the services at the full rate listed on The Cocoon Embrace, LLC invoice, email communication, and/or website. Payment must be received in full prior to or immediately following the confirmed, scheduled session unless otherwise specified.
The Cocoon Embrace, LLC (Nicole Bemmer) reserves the right to schedule a 15 minute phone call prior to coaching and/or healing session(s) to check in with client in order to prepare for upcoming appointment. Unscheduled calls and/or sessions where the client calls and/or goes over session time will be billed at the regular rate of $100 USD per hour. A 10 min grace period may be provided and is solely at the discretion of The Cocoon Embrace, LLC (Nicole Bemmer).

All services are sold “as is.” All services are non-refundable. The Cocoon Embrace, LLC (Nicole Bemmer) reserves the right to make exceptions for emergency and/or special circumstances.

The client understands that often times I, Nicole Bemmer, receive messages and/or experience visions during healing sessions. If the client consents, I will share messages and/or visions with the client. The client reserves the right to request messages and/or visions received during session(s) to not be shared. Interpretation(s) of shared messages and/or visions are up to the client and what they want to do with it is at the client’s sole discretion.
FAQs
How does this remote session work?
Remote (online) sessions can be completed via Zoom or by telephone to the client’s preference. Everything is energy, so geography doesn’t matter!
For Zoom sessions, access to wifi will be required. The stronger the wifi, the better the connection, the more fluid the experience.
For telephone sessions, please email a photo of yourself prior to your session - this helps support connectivity through visualization during your session. Please ensure your face is in the photo - a quick “selfie” is more than perfect.
What will I need for a remote session?
While not required, here are a few recommendations to help you prepare for your distance session:
Your computer or phone
Headphones (highly recommended)
A comfortable, flat surface to lay down on (i.e. ground, yoga mat, bed)
A quiet space that will support you not being interrupted
A journal and pen for after your session
Water (hydration is key)
How will I pay?
Payment will be due immediately following the session unless otherwise specified. We accept Venmo and PayPal payments. PayPal invoices can be sent upon request. For more information about payments, please see our Policies.
