How to Incorporate Affirmations into your Daily Life

It’s all about the energy

As you’re learning how to connect to your own energy and pivot it towards choosing love over fear, one of my favorite places to start (and one of the most powerful healing tools) is creating an affirmation routine as a part of your daily life.

Why?

Because affirmations can help us to get into a positive state of mind, which helps generate a positive energy flow throughout our entirety. This positive energy can aid in clearing blockages along the way and/or reprogramming and re-writing your inner self dialogue towards a more authentic version of you.

By utilizing clear, descriptive affirmations, you can improve your body’s energy power house (your heart) and start developing a healthier relationship with your ego while feeling more confident of your life’s purpose activating your inner truth and knowing. Affirmations can help you to feel more motivated, powerful, and connected to the self.

But where and how to start?

Look no further than your electronics - the things that are in your energetic space for a vast majority of your day.

Here’s four (4) simple ways to incorporate affirmations into you daily life by utilizing your electronics:

  1. Make your passwords affirmations

  2. Add affirmations to your Home Screen or Lock Screen image

  3. Re-name your folders on your Desktop to affirmations

  4. Download a daily affirmation app or sign up for a daily affirmation email

By creating an opportunity for repetition every day you are retraining your subconscious mind to believe in the life that you want to co-create with the Universe.
